How to do common tasks in Good2Go. 

File Upload and Job On-boarding

Upload revision.

  • Open the “Quick Job” window.
  • Drag and drop a file onto the window.
  • Add the clients email.
  • Send the document for review.

For the above to work, be sure to have your default settings defined for the default due date and the default review message. Also, be sure to define your reminders so that the client is reminded if they don’t respond.

  • Open the “Quick Job” window.

1. Drop area for the document to be sent.  2. Email entry box.   3. Review message. Auto-fills with the default image.    4. Default deadline automatically filled in.

Can I get notified when a client is late reviewing a document?

  • Open your account “Settings”.
  • Scroll down to “Notifications”.
  • Make sure ‘Tasks Overdue” is selected.

For this to work, you must assign a due date to a task. You will be notified if the client has not responded by this date and time.

How do I send a multiple documents to a single person?

  • Use the Quick Job
  • Send one document to Client A’s email.
  • Add a new document.
  • Send. The email will not change.
