A single API call is made along with a the file (or its PUID if already in G2GX) and a client email parameter to activate the proofing task. The task can be activated and send a G2GX managed email, or activated without sending a G2G mail. In the second case, the review link would be used by the the host solution to send an email. The sub-task for reminders is automatically activated.
